Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Accurately manage cash transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain a secure and organized cash handling environment.
  2. Food Handling and Stock Control: Ensure proper food storage, handling, and preparation, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  3. Technology and Operations: Effectively use IT systems, till operations, and telephones to manage daily tasks, communicate with colleagues, and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company standards.
  5. Sales Growth and Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Team Induction and Training: Conduct thorough inductions and training for new team members, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  7. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  8. Compliance and Standards: Monitor and maintain compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and food safety guidelines.
