The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our hotel food and beverage team as a Food and Beverage Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality service to our guests, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant and bar team to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Engage with guests, taking food and beverage orders, and using upselling opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in hotel or restaurant operations.

- A willingness to learn and a desire to develop within the role.
