The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Member. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that their expectations are met.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the restaurant and bar are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our health and safety standards.
Requirements
- A contagious enthusiasm and sincere desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- A natural ability to engage with others and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in hotel or restaurant operations.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- A self-starter with the capability to work independently without supervision.
