Key Responsibilities- Deliver mental health services to children and young people in schools
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to identify and support children who need extra help
- Contribute to the development of school-based services and programmes
- Participate in training and supervision to enhance clinical skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized qualification in counselling or psychotherapy (e.g., diploma, degree, or postgraduate certificate)
- Experience working with children and young people in a therapeutic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of clients and colleagues
