Salary: This rewarding role offers an estimated annual salary of £27,400, based on 37 hours per week at £13.00 per hour, with opportunities for enhancements and bonuses.
Job Description: As a skilled Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our highly skilled Nurse Managers to deliver person-centred care and support to clients with complex health requirements. Your key responsibilities will include
- Providing hands-on care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. You will also require
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working in a care setting, preferably with complex clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
