Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to expand sales opportunities within our network of key account brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with brokers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering regular product training. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence and persuade others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Brokers
    • Proactively and regularly host conversations with our panel of brokers to identify sales opportunities.
    • Ensure Sales Force is updated to reflect the status of these opportunities.
  • Sales Expertise
    • Excel in objection handling, relationship building, and influencing/persuading techniques.
  • Daily Point of Contact
    • Be the key point of contact for our brokers daily, establishing and developing internal relationships to ensure quick and swift responses to their queries.
  • Product and System Knowledge
    • Have a full understanding of our product range and unique selling points.
  • Competitor Awareness
    • Knowledge of our main competitors' products, cover options, offers, and unique selling points is crucial, along with a basic understanding of the wider healthcare market.
  • Support and Collaboration
    • Support our Business Development Manager in growing our key accounts panel, working closely with the Key Accounts Sales Team Manager.
