We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Style Advisor to join our retail team at our flagship store on Oxford Street, London.
As a Style Advisor, you will be the face of our store, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert styling advice to our clients. You will be the driving force behind creating a memorable and engaging experience for our customers, showcasing our high-quality premium products and championing our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and aesthetic of Manière De Voir, and promoting our products through exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge, ensuring you can provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Ensure a high level of visual merchandising standards are maintained, showcasing our products in an attractive and appealing way.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in fashion, art, or hospitality, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Advanced knowledge of the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of luxury retail and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A strong sense of personal style and a passion for luxury fashion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
