Job Title: Style Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Style Advisor to join our team at Manière De Voir. As a Style Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our luxury fashion products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the face of the store, confidently greeting and assisting customers in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Provide expert advice on our luxury fashion products, including styling and wardrobe mastery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including fit, fabric, function, trims, and trend.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base, constantly seeking to recruit and develop new clients.
  • Adhere to store standards, treating the store as a showroom and respecting the product.
  • Build strong relationships with head office teams to encourage fluid communication.
  • Adhere to health and safety and anti-loss policy and prevention measures.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in fashion, art, or hospitality with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Fashion expert with advanced knowledge of the industry.
  • Excellent personal presentation and a true ambassador for Manière De Voir.
  • Strong communicator (fluent English).
  • Natural presence and hosting ability with inspirational and charismatic character.
  • Strong work ethic, personal drive, and attention to detail.
