Plant Operative/FLT Specialist

The Plant Operative will be based in the company's Lincoln Plant, working for a market-leading manufacturer of building products. The successful candidate will specialize in Asphalt production and will be responsible for mixing asphalt, operating the loading shovel and weighbridge on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Mixing asphalt and operating the loading shovel and weighbridge
- Working alongside the Plant Manager, Assistant Manager, and three operatives
- Responsibility for own Health and Safety and any visitors or contractors to the site
- Typical working hours are Monday-Friday 6am- 3pm (Saturday morning if delivered work is scheduled)
- 25 Days Holiday+ Bank Holidays
- Pension
- Annual company performance bonus
- Experience of working within the construction sector operating a loading shovel or weighbridge
- Experience in a similar plant role would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience in Asphalt production would be advantageous
