We are seeking a skilled and reliable Counter-Balance FLT Operative to join our team at a reputable agricultural business. As a key player in our logistics and distribution operations, you will be responsible for handling live loads of up to 1-ton bags of master seeds and ensuring their safe transport.
Key Responsibilities:- Safely Operate a Counter-Balance Forklift Truck
- Efficiently Move Products
- Collaborate with Production and Warehouse Teams
- Adhere to Health and Safety Guidelines
- Assist with General Warehouse Duties
- Work Extended Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays
- Valid Counter-Balance FLT License and Experience Operating Forklifts
- Physical Fitness and Ability to Lift Up to 25 kg
- Dedication, Reliability, and Strong Work Ethic
- Team-Oriented Mindset and Willingness to Collaborate with Colleagues
- Flexibility to Work Extended Hours During Busy Seasons
- Familiarity with Warehouse Operations and Logistics Processes
Earn a minimum of £750 per week
- £12.50 p/h Basic
- £18.75 p/h Overtime
