Job Title: Junior Client Services Executive

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional client service by responding to incoming calls, assessing opportunities, and ensuring work is distributed and recorded on our CRM software.
  • Ensure contracted services meet contract requirements and source completed job information from service centers and subcontractors.
  • Update CRM database daily, ensuring CS team jobs are not lapsed and dates are accurate, along with logging relevant activities.
  • Provide weekly reporting on open opportunities in the CS team and submit reports to depot managers for updates.
  • Create purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers to support group services and manage client portals accordingly.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervision, utilizing your skills and experience.
  • Chase clients for purchase orders.

About You:

  • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word.
  • Sales skills and commercial awareness.
  • Experience in aftersales and upselling products and/or services.
  • Ability to navigate databases, including bespoke software.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate information in writing.
  • Proactive approach and ability to use initiative.
  • Clean UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
