Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to develop campaigns positioning our firm as sector experts
  • Support the Client Relationships team in managing client panels and frameworks
  • Manage annual business development budgets and provide regular reports on sales activity

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development and marketing, ideally within a law firm
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate and present clearly and credibly
  • Highly organized and commercially minded, with a client-centric ethic
  • Relevant financial services knowledge is highly advantageous
