We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Planning Coordinator to join our team at Evoke Staffing Ltd.

About the Role

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating safe and timely shipment of products and materials, controlling costs while meeting schedule, customer and compliance requirements.

\

Main Responsibilities

\
  • \
  • Organise shipment of import and export orders, obtaining quotes and preparing documentation.\
  • Communicate with customers and coordinate collections according to FCA Incoterms.\
  • Complete accurate documentation for imports and exports, adhering to regulations.\
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC and NOV policy for all movements of goods.\
  • Liaise with NOV Brokerage team to ensure accurate customs regime for import shipments.\
  • Coordinate transportation, manage timely flow of customer orders, and address delays and quality control issues.\
  • Update shipping registers and ensure all documents are filed and archived.\
  • Assist in preparation of audits and inspections.\

            • Experience in international sea, air and road transport operations and planning.\
            • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.\

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
