About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement development, providing exceptional customer service to our residents, and managing the day-to-day activities of the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all facilities and services are provided to a high standard.
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and coordinate activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks, ensuring that the site is safe and secure for residents and staff.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of service and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and staff.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to conduct regular checks and audits.
