Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on management and leadership across our care homes, ensuring each home adheres to our luxury care standards.
  • Support and mentor home managers to enhance performance and drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a peripatetic manager or a proven track record in turning around care homes is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
