About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Lettings and Property Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our property recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading our lettings division and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential lettings, with experience in managing a lettings team and a strong understanding of property management. ARLA qualification and local knowledge of the Redhill, Reigate & Crawley area are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of lettings professionals
  • Develop and implement lettings strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Conduct valuations and listings of residential rental properties
  • Train, mentor and motivate staff
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential lettings and property management
  • ARLA qualification
  • Local knowledge of the Redhill, Reigate & Crawley area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license and own car preferred
