We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Estate Agents and Lettings Professionals to achieve exceptional results in property sales and lettings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Estate Agents and Lettings Professionals to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members
  • Monitor and analyze sales and lettings data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Estate Agent in a residential estate agency
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the local property market and ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
