About the Job

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students who require additional help, and contributing to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Your role will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored plans that meet the individual needs of each student. You will help to promote academic achievement, social skills, and emotional well-being, enabling students to reach their full potential.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about education, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of SEN principles and practices.
