Customer Service Administrator Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Malcolm Group's Haydock depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, providing exceptional service to clients, and supporting other Customer Service Desks within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key customer accounts and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Support and cover other Customer Service Desks within the department as needed.
  • Filing and general office tasks including filing and data entry.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a customer service team.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent planning, organisation, and time-keeping skills.
  • Prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
  • This is a dayshift position with a 4 on 4 off roster, providing a good work-life balance.
  • The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
