About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Apprentice Town Planner to join our team. As a key member of our planning team, you will provide expert planning advice and support on diverse projects, helping clients navigate the planning process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning applications and submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare high-quality planning reports and documents, showcasing your analytical skills.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.
  • Support senior planners with research and policy analysis, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
About You:
  • You hold a degree in Town Planning or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • You are a member or working towards membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), demonstrating your commitment to the profession.
  • You have experience in planning, either within a consultancy or local authority, with a solid understanding of the UK planning system.
  • You possess strong report writing and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
