About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Town Planning Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our planning team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on diverse projects, helping clients navigate the planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist with planning applications and submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  2. Prepare comprehensive planning reports and documents, showcasing your analytical skills and attention to detail.
  3. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progression.
  4. Support senior planners with research and policy analysis, contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
Your Background
  1. You hold a degree in Town Planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of the UK planning system.
  2. You are a member or working towards membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
  3. You have experience in planning, within a consultancy or local authority, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  4. You possess strong report writing and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  5. You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car, enabling you to travel to client sites and meetings.
