Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adult Advanced Practitioner to join our team at our Manchester surgery. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing new clinical services and pathways that improve patient outcomes and enhance team competencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and supervision to nursing staff, trainee advanced practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to enhance team competencies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new clinical services and pathways, improving processes and patient care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of medical advancements and to further develop clinical skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Experience as an Adult Advanced Practitioner or equivalent role.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
