Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team at Randstad Care. As a key member of our Families First Team, you will work with children and families who require a social work assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a locality basis with children and families to assess their needs and develop effective plans.
- Build relational partnerships with families to strengthen our work and enable the step-down of plans where safe to do so.
- Ensure practice is of the highest possible standard, promoting the safeguarding of vulnerable children and young people.
- Commission, coordinate, and deliver effective plans for children, maintaining a strength-based service delivery.
- Carry a part caseload of complex cases, supporting quality of practice in the team.
- Ensure effective permanence planning takes place, with practice recorded in a way that demonstrates delivery of overall service objectives.
- Liaise with the Practice Manager, Head of Service, and other Advanced Practitioners to allocate work and support a robust system of monitoring.
- Attend and/or chair Strategy, Family-facing meetings, Case Conferences, and support the Practice Manager in ensuring team business operations are effective and efficient.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent.
- Social Work England registered.
- Enhanced DBS.
