Educational Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team at Austin Fraser. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Job Description- This role involves delivering high-quality lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEMH.
- You will work closely with the school's multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support for students.
The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working with children with SEMH needs.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and other staff members.
- Participate in regular professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in SEMH education.
