Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Penhaligon's Recruitment Ltd. As a Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our Private Client department, ensuring the success of our clients and the firm as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Partners and other team members, ensuring the smooth operation of the Private Client division.
- Accurately format and prepare documents related to Wills and Probate matters, including Lasting Power of Attorney documentation.
- Update and maintain our Case Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Audio typing and data entry services to support the team.
- Arrange meetings and appointments as required, ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients.
- Diary management and organization to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Prepare the conference room for client meetings, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a similar practice area and possess excellent administrative skills. You will be working closely with our Private Client team, so a friendly and approachable demeanor is essential.
