Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - FMCG

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading family-run business in the FMCG industry. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring optimal production levels and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Breakdown: Identify and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize production.
  • Assist with PPM: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Rotating Shifts: Work a 4 on 4 off schedule, rotating through days and nights (7am - 7pm).

Requirements:

  • 60-70% Electrical Experience: Possess a strong understanding of electrical systems and fault-finding techniques.
  • PLC Fault Finding: Ability to diagnose and repair issues using Programmable Logic Controllers.
