About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Nurse to join our Ward team based at Sheppey Community Hospital in North Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity for newly qualified nurses to develop their skills as part of our Quality Mark-awarded Preceptorship scheme, which offers face-to-face, e-Learning, and workshop-based learning.
As a Band 5 Nurse, you will use your strong communication and organization skills to ensure positive experiences for patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, promoting positive relationships among staff, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities- Maintain a high standard of patient care.
- Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for patients, ensuring accurate written records.
- Promote and maintain positive relationships between all staff involved in patient care.
- Act in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code.
We offer a competitive salary of £25.65 per hour, including NHS Pension and full Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
