We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Vetisco in Sheerness, Kent. As a senior small animal veterinarian, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate veterinary surgeon to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will be responsible for examining and treating a wide range of small animal cases, including routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency procedures.

As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities, such as mentoring junior staff members and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your basic salary, you will also receive a welcome bonus of up to £5,000 and a relocation allowance of up to £5,000.

Work-Life Balance

We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. That's why we offer:

  • 30-40 hours per week (flexible over 3 or 4 days)
  • No out-of-hours shifts
  • Occasional 1:4 weekends (Saturdays)
  • Daily shifts between 9:00 AM to 18:30 PM
Our Practice

Vetisco is a state-of-the-art veterinary practice with three experienced Vets, five Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs), and three support staff working across our three sites. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
