Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Wellpets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our small animal patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform small animal consultations and surgeries
- Work closely with our experienced Vets and Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs) to provide exceptional patient care
- Participate in our Quality Improvement Programme to ensure the highest standards of care
- Contribute to our Infection Prevention and Control Programme to maintain a safe working environment
- A competitive salary up to £68,000 DOE
- A £5,000 Welcome Bonus and up to £5,000 Relocation Allowance
- 30-40 hours per week (flexible over 3 or 4 days) with no out-of-hours shifts
- Occasional 1:4 weekends (Saturdays) with daily shifts between 9:00AM to 18:30PM
- A focus on small animal consults and surgery with opportunities for professional development
At Wellpets, we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art facilities, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, and a brand-new in-house lab. Our team's interests range from medicine to orthopedics surgery, ultrasound, and cardiac ultrasound.
