Sales and Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive in Guildford. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and account performance, utilizing data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.

Compensation:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, with commission and bonus potential based on performance.
