Lead Clinical Pharmacist for Oncology and Haematology Service Development

Opportunity Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our established clinical pharmacy team supporting oncology and haematology patients across Mid and South Essex.
This exciting opportunity is based at Broomfield University Hospital site, where you will be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team, working to provide exceptional care to oncology patients throughout the Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead and develop a high-quality, comprehensive pharmacy service to oncology and haematology patients within Mid and South Essex.
- To ensure Medicines Management Standards are met within Oncology and Haematology Service.
- To regularly undertake audit projects and research and development with respect to national and local guidelines of practice.
- To be actively involved in the clinical governance aspects of the pharmaceutical service.
- To provide clinical support to the pharmacy aseptic preparation unit.
