We are seeking a Clinical Lead for Haematology and Oncology to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced nurses, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality care is delivered to patients with haematological and oncological conditions.

About the Role

  • Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Location: UK-wide
Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of experienced nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care is delivered to patients.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in haematology and oncology, staying current with best practices and research findings.
Skills and Qualifications
  • RGN registration with NMC
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Strong understanding of haematology and oncology therapies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
