Haematological Nurse Practitioner

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a highly motivated Haematological Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological and solid tumour cancers. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop patient care plans and provide ongoing support to patients and their families.
The salary for this role is £38,480 - £42,640 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including company car or car allowance, NMC fees paid, 25 days annual leave, and contribution-based pension scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering chemotherapy treatments to patients with haematological and solid tumour cancers
- Developing patient care plans and conducting clinical assessments
- Providing ongoing support to patients and their families
