Location: Reading
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 9 day working fortnight – Week 1 Monday to Friday / Week 2 Monday to Thursday

Job Summary:
Morson Talent is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining complex Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems, associated controls, and related equipment within the designated area of the AC department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment under company contracts
• Execute installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment as required
• Conduct site surveys and inspections
• Attend shift working when necessary
• Attend training programs
• Carry out 24/7 standby duties as per the roster or when issues arise
Requirements:
• Technical Certificate or Diploma in Refrigeration / Air-Conditioning
• Proven experience in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning industry as a service mechanic or technician
• Sound knowledge of electrical and electronic fault diagnosis as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry
• Knowledge of BMS
• Ability to obtain security clearance at DV level
