About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at AutismPathways, a specialist setting for adults with Autism. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents with complex needs and behaviours
  • Develop and implement individualised activity programmes to promote independence and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive living environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with adults with Autism and/or learning disabilities
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
