About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Shotover View, an Extra Care Housing scheme in Oxford. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily tasks and activities, ensuring they lead happy and fulfilled lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily routines and personal care
  • Support clients with light household duties and provide companionship
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
