We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with excellent customer service skills who is friendly, motivated, hard working, proactive and wishes to be part of a great team.

This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday 9am till 5pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to messages.
  • Providing exceptional customer services to leaseholders and residents.
  • Managing the contractors log and the log book for staff coming in and out.
  • Raising orders, including allocating resources to the schedule and seeking approval.
  • Producing legal notices and official letters.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes when required.
  • Registering staff sickness/absence.
  • Printing reports and maintaining records.
