Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Admin Coordinator at Sisco Jobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistical aspects of our operations, particularly in inventory management and control, communication with suppliers and vendors, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory.
The role requires a strong understanding of administrative processes and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between various departments and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Oversee inventory management and control to maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory, and identify areas for process improvements.
- Handle administrative tasks related to logistics operations, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software to maintain accurate records and coordinate logistics operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
