At Sisco Jobs, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant Executive to assist in coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation and records of logistics activities, communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers, and assist in resolving any issues or delays in the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure smooth logistics processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of logistics activities to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to resolve any issues or delays
  • Assist in resolving any issues or delays in the supply chain process to minimize disruptions
  • Monitor inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities to optimize stock levels
  • Prepare shipping and customs documentation to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient logistics operations and achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Logistics Assistant Executive or similar role
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with inventory management and shipping procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software to manage data and reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field is preferred
  • Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
