Retail Sales Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic Field Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major supermarkets, ensuring excellent execution and availability of our products on store shelves.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets
- Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store
- Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans
- Take full responsibility for maintaining store records, including inventory
- Support other brands in the McCormick family when required
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Right to work in the UK and a UK bank account
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage own time to meet deadlines
- Positive 'can-do' approach to managing relationships and expectations in stores
- Enjoy being out on the road and working independently
- Confident with using technology
- Previous merchandising, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Base salary: £24,962.64 per annum
- Fully expensed van (can be used for personal use)
- Fuel card with claimable rate in line with pump costs
- Tax-free expense allowance: £520 per annum in addition to base salary
- Permanent contract
