Retail Sales Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic Field Sales team. As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products to major supermarkets and maintaining excellent relationships with store contacts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store contacts to ensure effective product placement and availability.
- Utilize technology to track inventory and ensure 100% availability of products on store shelves.
- Collect and deliver stock to stores daily to meet customer demands.
- Manage store records, including inventory, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support other brands within the McCormick family as needed.
- Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and strong relationships skills to manage store expectations.
- Previous merchandising, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Competitive base salary: £24,962.64 per annum.
- Fully expensed van for personal use.
