Retail Sales Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our dynamic Field Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality merchandising services to major supermarkets within your designated area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store contacts to ensure effective merchandising and sales execution.
- Utilize technology to track and record merchandising activities, ensuring 100% availability of products on shelf and compliance with store plans.
- Collect and deliver stock to stores daily to maintain optimal product availability and store standards.
- Manage store records, including inventory, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support other brands within the McCormick family as required.
- Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills to build relationships with store contacts.
- Confidence in using technology and ability to learn new systems.
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
