Job Title: Retail Sales Merchandiser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our team at McCormick UK Limited. As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with major supermarkets, ensuring 100% availability of product on shelf, and supporting other brands within the McCormick family.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage store contact relationships within major supermarkets.
  • Use technology to maintain availability and record great execution in store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores each day to ensure 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance to store plans.
  • Take full responsibility for maintaining store records, including inventory.
  • Support other brands in the McCormick family when required.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license (essential).
  • Right to work in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary.
  • Company van with fuel card and claimable rate.
  • Up to £800 per annum potential execution bonus paid quarterly.
  • Tax-free expense allowance: £520pa in addition to salary.
  • Inner London Allowance: £3,500 per annum.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (with Wednesday off). No Sunday work scheduled, only required at Christmas and double time is then paid.
