Harrington Starr is partnering with a renowned Quant Trading Firm to recruit two entry-level Help Desk Engineers to join the Infrastructure Team in their London office. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing technical support to the business, both in-person and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business in resolving technical issues
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team to ensure seamless IT operations
- Provide expert-level training and access to industry-leading technologies
- Work in a high-pressure environment with strong communication skills
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite in the London office
Requirements:
- Passionate about a career in IT within Financial Services
- Solid basic IT skills, including PC setup, network cables, and debugging physical PC issues
