Administrative Assistant for NHS Practice

This Administrative Assistant position is located in a busy GP Practice in Dartford, Kent.
The successful candidate will work part-time, approximately 16 hours per week, covering 2 sessions as Receptionist and 1 session as Admin Assistant.
Your main duties will include:
- Dealing with patients over the telephone and in person
- Booking and triaging appointments
- Performing general reception duties
- Assisting with scanning, registrations, deductions, summarizing patient notes, private fees, and sending patient referrals
Full training will be provided for the right candidate, and previous experience in a GP Practice is desirable but not essential.
The estimated salary for this role is £11.44 per hour.
