We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to contribute to the smooth operation of our office in the Midlands. This role will act as a key point of contact between employees and customers, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating communication, and helping to develop policies to improve office productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Purchase and manage office supplies to ensure the office remains stocked and efficient.
  • Supervise office staff to ensure maximum productivity and smooth operations.
  • Analyse and improve office processes, policies, and workflows, implementing creative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain a secure and well-organized office environment at all times.
  • Develop and implement office policies with a strong focus on Health & Safety practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with office technology, including computers, printers, and software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Utilize basic mathematical and financial skills to manage office budgets and expenses.
