**Job Description:** As a Building Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the properties to a high level, ensuring the buildings are kept in optimum working condition. This includes organising and carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the Trust, ensuring compliance with regulatory and health and safety standards.

You will support and oversee our team of multi-site maintenance personnel, providing guidance and training as needed. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of practical knowledge, skills, and experience of building maintenance work in a school or similar environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the properties to a high level, ensuring compliance with regulatory and health and safety standards
  • Organising and carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the Trust
  • Supporting and overseeing our team of multi-site maintenance personnel
  • Providing guidance and training as needed

A salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
