Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Manager to contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This role will act as a key point of contact between employees and customers, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating communication, and helping to develop policies to improve office productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Oversee office supplies purchasing and inventory management to ensure the office remains stocked and efficient.
  • Supervise office staff to ensure maximum productivity and smooth operations.
  • Analyze and improve office processes, policies, and workflows, implementing creative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure the office is organized, secure, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, with a strong focus on Health & Safety practices.
  • Proficiency with office technology, including computers, printers, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Basic mathematical and financial understanding for managing office budgets and expenses.
