Bar Manager Opportunity at Edinburgh Gin Distillery

We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead our team at the Edinburgh Gin Distillery, a brand-new premium visitor experience in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town.

About the Role:

  • Lead the daily operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and exceeding expectations.
  • Work closely with the Brand Homes Manager to create a culture of excellence and lead by example.
  • Design and implement a drinks menu that showcases the Edinburgh Gin brand and builds brand engagement.
  • Host on-site events and deliver training on serve suggestions to key trade customers.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Edinburgh Gin brand, embodying our values and leading by example.

Requirements:

  • Background in mixology with direct previous experience leading the daily operation of a bar, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Innovative individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and experiences.
  • Commercial acumen and technical competence with previous systems and Microsoft experience.
  • Ability to translate brand values and ethos throughout all aspects of the operational world.
