Bar Supervisor Position

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to support our management team in overseeing beverage operations at Duck & Waffle, a renowned restaurant known for its playful take on traditional British cuisine.

About the Role

As a Bar Supervisor, you will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless beverage experience. Your role will involve supporting the management team in overseeing beverage operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of beverage quality.
  • Support the management team in overseeing beverage operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ordering.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including maintaining accurate records and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve beverage sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute events, promotions, and menu launches.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of beverage experience with supervisory experience.
  • Personal License holder.
  • Customer-focused with exceptional guest service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
